"Duncan Holmes combines vibrant Christian testimony with versatile pianism, tasteful comedic talent, and personal charm.  His presence and presentations
are welcome wherever he goes."

"To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Duncan Holmes to the Broadalbin-Perth Intermediate School three times, and I cannot wait for his next visit! His musical talent alone is enough to entertain our staff and students, but his message of strength, perseverance, and dedication to his craft is an important one for us all!
I have worked directly with Mr. Holmes and have found him courteous and gracious. He recognizes scheduling and venue restraints in an elementary school and is always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Mr. Holmes for various venues and know he will leave the audience in awe when the final note is played."
Sincerely,

“Ever play the piano with your eyes closed? Duncan Holmes does, but he has eyes in his fingers. It is fascinating to listen to his music for he can mix classical, jazz, worship, and pop music so there is something for everyone. I am touched every time I listen to Duncan’s music.”

“I have known Duncan Holmes for over 21 years!  We have worked together on many occasions.  Duncan is not only a tremendous pianist, but a terrific friend.  Duncan is by far the most talented, dedicated, faithful musician that I have ever known! Whether Duncan is playing classical, contemporary or Christian music he is just superb!  God has given him great ability, and Duncan is always careful to give the glory to Him!  Duncan's testimony for Christ and his love for Him is truly impressive.  I can assure you that Duncan will be a great blessing to your group or church gathering!”

"Duncan is a magician of a musician.  I have sung with him as a member of our band the “Raggedy Cats” for almost two years and he never ceases to amaze me with those deft fingers. Whatever your style or need, he has the sixth sense to make you feel like he’s played with you forever and takes any stress away from your performance.

Duncan has accompanied me for Christmas appearances at the Bank of the Hills in Kerrville, Texas for two years and it’s always so much fun.  His music certainly comes from a higher power."

"I first heard of Duncan Holmes as a young teenager.  I finally had the privilege of meeting him in 1995 at the Monadnock Bible Conference Center in NH.  The Gospel Association for the Blind (GAB) had held a week of camp for the blind there annually for 35 years.
Duncan began acting as staff musician for the GAB camp in 1988.  He continues in this position at their annual week of camp, now held in New Caney, TX.

Since Duncan is a brother in Christ and a musician, he quickly became a friend and mentor.  He has graciously invited me to sing at his programs when he tours in the area.  I have lost count of the many times he has acted as my accompanist.  Duncan donated his time, talent, and original songs to recording my CD, Speak To Me Now: a Journey.  His help made the CD a reality, not just a dream.
In addition to being a gifted pianist, Duncan is a man of integrity who loves the Lord.  He has a way of making people of all ages laugh and cry as he shares his music and stories in different venues.
I am blessed to be able to call Duncan a friend.  His willingness to serve as one of the board members for Out of Sight Ministries is also appreciated!"

Our retirement community at Menno Haven loves music of many styles.  For two years now, Duncan has come and blessed us with God's love heard through his piano and talented singing voice.  He engages the audience in an inviting and energizing way.  Our people always come away inspired and challenged. He is able to do such variety of styles of music that folks who are usually not into music of a certain style are captured by Duncan's spontaneity.  Even non-religious folks were blessed by the spirited concert.  Duncan made us think and step back and see life in fresh new ways, as well as inspired and entertained us all the while.  He captured us by showing both the serious side of life as well as the holy humor side of life.
